You will be required to create a TKWine.com account in order to make purchases or to consign on TKWine.com. Your account information is harvested from a secure area and encrypted for your protection. It is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.
How do I get started?
Start by selecting SIGN UP on the upper right hand corner of the top page of TKWinecom. We will ask for the following to create the account:
Your Name
Your Date of Birth
Your Email Address
Your Billing Info.
Your Shipping Info
Your billing information will be used for identity verification, to verify that the customer is of legal age and to ensure all bids are backed by a valid payment method. Please note that your winning items will be automatically paid right after the auction ends from the billing information provided.

Once you register an account with us, you will receive an email from Aucwine.com to your email address for verification. Please follow the instruction to complete your registration.
We will email Order Confirmations and Shipping Confirmations along with tracking information through your Aucwine.com account. If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, the information you provide on your account is used to contact you. It will also be used to contact sellers for consignment purposes.
Fees
Membership is FREE. NO BUYER’S PREMIUM FEE.
-Consignment- NO LISTING FEE FOR SELLERS. Aucwine.com charges a flat 15% seller’s commission. This will be subtracted from the Seller’s final payment.
*Please note that shipping and wine shipper supply fee are not included in the winning bid.
Members can login by selecting LOGIN. You will then be asked to enter your email address and your password to access your account information.
If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Your Password. Once you submit the email address linked to your Aucwine.com account, we will send you an email with instructions on how to update your password and login to your Aucwine.com account. If you cannot remember what email address is associated with your account, we can assist you find your account with recent order number.
Editing Your Account
You may always make changes to your Profile, Billing Information and Shipping Information by selecting Profile under My Account.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on wines that are deemed undrinkable (spoilage) or “corked.” Return requests are accepted within 1 week after receiving bottle if different from description. Only unopened bottles are accepted.
Wine industry estimates that between 3 and 7 percent of all wines sealed with natural corks are ruined because of a natural fungus in corkwood (corked wines). Wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines. This is completely uncontrollable of Aucwine.com.
Please note that although every effort is made to describe or measure the levels of older vintages, corks more than 20 years old begin to lose their elasticity and levels can change between cataloguing and sale. Old corks occasionally fail during or after shipment. Buyers must understand that there is always a risk of cork failure with old wines. Under no circumstances can an adjustment of price or credit be made after delivery.
We will not be responsible for any weather damage nor will we replace bottles damaged by the weather.
Shipping
We usually use FedEx. (Sometimes UPS or GSO(GLS)). Due to restrictive regulations, please be advised that orders on our website will only be accepted when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
Wine Shipping We are currently able to ship WINES to the following states as local guidelines dictate. AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, DC.
There will be 1-2 business days of delay to the following states since we will have to use a special shipping carrier:
AR, DE, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MT, NY, PA, RI, SD, TN, VA, WI.
Hard Liquor Shipping
Currently, We CANNOT ship HARD LIQUORS to the following states: AL, AK, HI, KY, ND, NH, MS, UT. (There may be cities we cannot ship to other than the states listed above.)

There may be a few business days of delay for all of the HARD LIQUOR shipments.

Age Requirements
Due to federal and state regulations, all wine shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. The person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Therefore we highly recommend that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service.
