This Website is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 21. Any person who provides their information to Aucwine.com through Sign In, My account pages or any other part of our Website represents to Aucwine.com that they are 21 years of age or older.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not disclose any Personal Information about you to any third parties as stated in this Privacy Policy, as otherwise permitted by law, or authorized by you. We only release shipping information to the third party shipping company, and we only release credit card information to Braintree for approval and authorization.
Age Requirements
By making a purchase through tkwine.com, customers assert that they are at least 21 years old. All shipments including alcohol require an age verification. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to attempt to purchase alcohol and TK Wine will comply with any legal entity in pursuing prosecution of the underage purchase of alcohol.
Customer Pickup
You may also arrange to pick up your purchases at our office in Torrance, CA. To do this please email info@aucwine.com or call (310)926-4951. We request at least 24 hour notice before coming to the office to pick up your wines. You will need at least one form of identification and an order receipt. Please bring your own wine box/bag for your bottles upon pickup. Wine shippers are also available for purchase at our office.
*We collect sales tax of 9.5% for shipments in the state of California.
Damaged during Shipping
Aucwine.com is not responsible for wines damaged by heat or cold exposure. Wines spoiled by changes in temperature cannot be recovered. Please choose your shipping address and shipping method carefully.
Our items are well packaged to protect your items. However, if you do receive damaged merchandise, please email info@aucwine.com or call us at (310)926-4951. Aucwine.com insures all shipments. Aucwine.com will handle all claims in the event of loss or breakage. We will ask you to ship back the damaged bottles. As soon as we receive them, we will process a refund for your damaged items.
Incorrect or missing items
Although the occasion is rare, if you receive incorrect items, we will arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order, aucwine.com will issue a refund for your missing items and the original shipping cost, or send you the item immediately with no shipping charge.
Reshipping
When an order is returned to us after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we will happily assist you with the reshipment arrangements. However, please note that the additional shipping fee will apply.
Delivery Options
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Federal regulations make it illegal to ship wine to a P.O. Box or APO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or APO address as your shipping address, the wine will be returned to us and you will be charged for the original shipment, the return shipment and the subsequent shipment to a valid street address.
You may choose any of the following delivery options.
Domestic Only:
Ground – One to five business days in transit, depending on the location
3 Day – Three business days in transit
2 Day – Two business days in transit
Standard Overnight – One business day in transit
Priority Overnight – One business day in transit, morning delivery
*To ensure faster delivery, we recommend using a business address.
Hard Liquor Shipping
Currently, We CANNOT ship HARD LIQUORS to the following states:
AL, AK, HI, KY, ND, NH, MS, UT.
*We collect a sales tax of 9.5% for all shipments in the state of California.
Holds
TK Wine will hold orders for up to 90 days without cost. Held orders remain the property of the buyer. Bottles that are held longer than 90 days will incur a monthly storage cost of $1 at the beginning of each month until shipment. TK Wine reserves the right to move your order to an offsite facility and to charge additional fees to large orders or orders held for long periods of time.
Insurance
Orders in transit are fully insured. *Weather damage and minor leakage is NOT covered by this insurance and TK Wine cannot be responsible or replace bottles damaged during transit.
Insurance Coverage
Bottles in transit are fully insured. Insurance fee is included in 5% handling fee. *Weather damage is NOT covered by this insurance and we will not be responsible nor will we replace bottles damaged by the weather.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing and availability are subject to change without warning. Due to the nature of our sourcing, the same wine or spirit may be posted at different prices based on condition or purchase price. Our products are not removed from our website until checkout has been completed, as such, orders may need to be cancelled based on lack of product inventory.
Representation of Salability
TK Wine makes every attempt to provide bottles that are in excellent condition. We will include notes in our listings so that you understand the condition of the bottles you are purchasing. The pictures that you see in our listings are of the actual bottle being sold. In cases of large lots, the bottle with the lowest condition will be pictured. Unfortunately, in most cases, it is not possible to detect spoilage and all of our bottles are sold as-is.
